1. General Information
- WishToGo Holidays Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a travel company based in India, offering curated international and domestic tour packages.
- By using our services, you acknowledge that you are 18 years or older and are legally competent to enter into a contract.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
- Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and required documents.
- The balance payment must be cleared before the specified due date (usually 30 days before departure).
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, and digital wallets.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or airfare.
3. Inclusions and Exclusions
- The inclusions of each package (meals, accommodation, transport, visa, etc.) will be clearly mentioned on the respective package page or shared itinerary.
- Exclusions such as personal expenses, additional meals, travel insurance (unless specified), or optional activities are not included.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to hello@wishtogo.in.
- Refunds (if applicable) are subject to deduction of applicable cancellation charges, service charges, and third-party cancellation fees (flights, hotels, visas, etc.).
- No refunds will be entertained for no-shows, partially utilized services, or early departures.
5. Visa & Documentation
- While we assist in visa processing, issuance of the visa is solely at the discretion of the respective consulate/embassy.
- Visa rejection or delay does not entitle you to a refund. Any cancellation due to visa issues will be treated as per our cancellation policy.
- You are responsible for holding a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), visas, and necessary travel documents.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, and delays.
- Travel insurance may be included in select international group packages. Please check package details.
7. Itinerary & Travel Changes
- WishToGo reserves the right to alter or amend itineraries, travel routes, hotel bookings, or scheduled activities due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, political unrest, operational constraints, or other force majeure events.
- Alternate arrangements will be made in such cases, but no refund will be issued for changes beyond our control.
8. Liability & Responsibility
- We act as intermediaries between travelers and independent service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.).
- We are not responsible for injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any third party or due to force majeure.
- We are not liable for any missed flights, trains, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
9. Behavior & Conduct
- Travelers are expected to maintain decorum during the tour.
- Any misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior causing inconvenience to others may lead to removal from the tour at the sole discretion of the Tour Manager, without refund.
10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
- In case of any disputes, efforts will be made to resolve them amicably.
- Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
11. Updates to Terms
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
- It is your responsibility to review the updated terms on our website before making any bookings.
