At WishToGo Holidays Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver seamless travel experiences while maintaining transparency. Please read the following terms related to cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling carefully.
Cancellation Charges
If you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

| After Booking | βΉ5,000 per person or 10% of the total package cost (whichever is higher) |
| 120 – 90 days | 25% of the total package cost |
| 90 – 60 days | 50% of the total package cost |
| 60 – 30 days | 75% of the total package cost |
| Less than 30 days | 100% of the total package cost (No refund) |
Note: Visa fees, insurance, non-refundable air tickets, and third-party service charges are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
- You may request to reschedule your trip at least 30 days prior to departure.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and rate fluctuations at the time of change.
- Any difference in airfare, hotel pricing, or visa costs will be borne by the traveler.
- One free rescheduling is allowed. Additional changes may incur service charges.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 30 to 45 working days from the date of written approval.
- Refunds are transferred to the original payment method only.
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and forex differences (if any) will be deducted.
- No refund will be issued for partially unused services (like hotel nights, meals, sightseeing missed by choice or due to delays).
Cancellations by WishToGo
If WishToGo Holidays cancels a trip due to operational reasons, natural disasters, political unrest, or group size not being met:
- You will receive a full refund OR a credit note valid for 12 months.
- Visa charges, insurance, or non-refundable third-party costs are not included in the refund.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing:

Important Notes
- No refund for visa rejection, if the visa was applied through WishToGo.
- Group packages cannot be cancelled or modified partially.
- No refund for no-shows or early departures during the trip.
